Exchange Policy

At Farever Art, each item is made-to-order and features original, one-of-a-kind artwork. Because of this, we do not offer returns—art is personal, and all sales are final.

However, if your garment arrives with a manufacturing issue or printing defect, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

Please email us at fareverart@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing or printing errors.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Farever Art does not cover return shipping for exchanges; the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
